On the mogstation it will tell you how many people you've recruited so if you know how many you had before you gave your friend the code then you can go off of that

But in the end, if you ignore queue time, doing dungeons will yield more exp compared to doing potd

SE is very tight about releasing any kind of scores for the XIV OST. They briefly released the piano score for the Ishgard night theme during a competition a few years back, but took steps to ensure that it couldn't be otherwise saved or used.
You might have to just learn the pieces you want by ear.

the instance server is different, but shouldn't be that much of a difference that you suddenly can't double weave unless you were cutting it close outside too

not sure what you mean by microstutters, stutters wouldn't be because of lag, they'd be because of machine issues since your ping wouldn't affect the way the game is displayed

- Earn Allagan Tomestone of Poetics on the side slowly to acquire i130 weapons/armors/accessories (a full set of this can last you into lvl 55 dungeon in Heavensward)

Without going too in depth, summoner has a 2 minutes long loop, you go through Dreadwyrm Trance, Bahamut, and Firebird. In the meantime, you use Tri Disaster to keep your enemy inflicted with Miasma/Bio, command pet to attack, and spend your Aetherflow
You don't need to do all four together
There are a lot of tiny filler in between
You just need to be attentive to these 4 things

have to switch earlier, if you mean a way to target faster because clicking/gamepad is slow, the tank is always in the same position in your group window(you can select the order in the Party menu) so you could set a key to select them
in standard setup, tank is always #2 so default key for it is F2, but can rebind, in 8mans though you'll have 2 tanks and sometimes the 2nd tank(#3 on the list) would be tanking so can plan ahead for that too, or you can use targetoftarget which usually should target the tank

Servers don't matter as much, since FCs aren't normally used for making raid groups. FCs are more of a social group, most people will create/join a static for raiding, which means you can recruit people across your data center
