Jobs level faster until they match the current level of your highest job. I personally prefer to get to max with one before moving on, but if you dont like the job you chose, dont stick with it.

It's less about actual ilevel and more about stat optimization. As a general rule, higher ilevel = more secondary stat points, which in turn can affect your damage output. However it's not quite that clear cut, as a i510 piece with (for example) +354 Piety, +218 Spell Speed, +306 Direct Hit, and +221 Critical Hit might end up being worse than an i500 piece with +226 Critical Hit, +210 Determination, +302 Piety and +157 Direct Hit for a healer.
Those are entirely made up numbers, but it's basically a matter of knowing where you want to min-max your secondary stats and gearing to that.

For the most part it’s very unreasonable to learn and clear a savage fight within a single instance timer

If you push too hard then the 3rd one spawns and quickly gets eaten

Helms will never remove body armor, but certain body armors also cover a head piece.

All 3 healers have same amount of dps? I'm ast and I'm learning how to heal and dps at the same time. But I have 2 friends, white mage and scholar, and they tell me those Jobs aren't meant to do dps. Just heal.
