That sheet is up to date. Each gathering node in Diadem has multiple tables to pull from however. So you might not always see the materials you need. It’s random which table you’ll get on each node.

ARR relic weapon quests should open after completing the level 50 quest, The Ultimate Weapon. As far as I can recall, it isn’t tied to job quest progression.

I usually recommend weaver or leatherworker first so you can begin making your own crafting gear. It’s best in the long run to level all crafters equally but one of those two make a decent start.

Yeah there's a quest to do it yourself but you need a crafter of a an appropriate level. If you don't have one there's an NPC in every major city that can do it for you for a fee.

leves are good for crafters as well, but restoration and collectables are pretty strong for crafters those are the usually recommendations since they can also be done with less than ideal gear. whereas crafter leves you really want to turn in HQ for the best bang for your buck @patent citrus
