I don't know if any of you are familiar with car audio, especially older stuff, especially SQ stuff, but I just picked this up locally for like half of what it's usually worth.
What's even more amazing is that one was in hawaii and not even the main island.
It's replacing my Sundown Xv3 18" in favor of SQ and saving space. That's in an 8 cu ft ported enclosure.
This is going in a small sealed box for now until I finalize a design for a transmission line enclosure for it.
I'm super excited for it.

Not nearly as drastic as 1440 to 4k, but it is noticeable. Basically the sweet spot for 1440 is 27" to 32", 1080 is best for the 20" to 27" range. If the view size is below the ideal, the details don't show up as well. Larger than the ideal and you start to get blurry results.

To add, if you're trying for, as an example a 4k res on a 23" display it really doesn't justify the performance hit you take even if the monitor can handle it.

Yes, a monitor's frequency roughly directly correlates to the FPS. So a 60Hz monitor can only display 60fps even if the signal going to it is higher. That monitor you linked can display at most 165fps.

I actually have a smaller variant of that monitor so keep in mind that to hit that 165Hz you will need to utilize the Display Port connection and even then not guaranteed. HDMi for that monitor will only be able to hit 144Hz at max.
