Cyberpower is generally decent. Airflow might be a bit low if the entire front is hard plastic. In CPC's defense, most of their parts are commodity ones, so you don't have the problems with oddball noname custom parts like HP or Dell might use.

they recommend you force shut off your PC 2 times to get the automatic repair console

anyways if you get that, go to troubleshoot, advanced repair and then startup settings
it'll restart and you'll get the option to go into safe mode IF it isnt a boot device issue
