So for some reason I am having fps drops in some ffxiv cutscenes even tho I never had that before.
Fps drops to like 50-55 but its capped at 63 fps.
Never had that issue before.

Could it be related to the high amount of people today?

There a reason my FPS will go from like 45 to 30 then from 30 down to 9 then back up at random intervals? My GPU isn't running warm it's average temp. My CPU is running fine too and my RAM is fine as well yet the game won't hold a stable FPS especially in Trials and dungeons.

I also turned everything down as low as it can go and that hasn't improved it at all. Before now I could run at 45-60 FPS with just minor drops to 35-30 every now and then but this is a bit of an extreme drop imo

The screenshot folder reverts to Read-Only as soon as it is altered

Adding the game folder AND screenshot folder AND game process as exceptions in AV is not working.
