There are some minor issues with comfort

Having pretty good bass response in the subbass region's also pretty nice

Makes it sound fairly full without being too much? But I'm also just not a fan of bassy sets in general

where it just starts building up static whenever I use app-specific audio capture, possibly because of cpu spikes

btw about that issue: did you confidentally rule out your other hardware and cables?
because i know that cheaply made cables can cause issues like that even if they look fine and i have experienced several soundcards, DACS, AMPs etc build up static over time and i had to touch them or unplug and replug them to get rid of it

so I got a 4080Super with recessed pins and other adjustments like feedback and an excellent aftermarket cable from corsair, now I have a peace of mind

I refused to touch 1st gen 40 series GPUs with that connector

I think it’s fine as long as you don’t move your GPU much and have a wide enough case to keep the cable from bending too much. It’s still a terrible design but I’m not worried about it

i went with a whirlpool 'amana' fridge when i last moved. been almost 10 years XD

they used to be better but it's still been great

when I say better, whirlpool used to use a metal bracket thing on the back wall so you could adjust shelves up/down in like 1" increments

but they stopped doing that. the one I have has plastic channels that the shelves slide into

and those are every 1ft or so. it basically means you can't adjust the shelves, only remove them

i thought it was because i bought the cheapest fridge they sold with an ice maker, but it turns out even the more expensive ones are like that

and IIRC, "don't buy an LG fridge" doesn't necessarily save you from getting a fridge with an LG compressor

even the $2000 whirlpool has those shelf channel s 😦

it seems you have to buy the kind with the freezer in the bottom to adjust the shelves

uhhhhhhhhh I usually leave well enough alone, opting to update only my browser, itunes, and windows automatically/manually as suggested by them

and now i'm reading horror stories on bricking your PC if you update the bios wrong

almost all of them have some "easy utility"

you just put the bios rom on a flash drive or removable storage

some you can just do it directly off the hard drive

it has its own file extension so its not like you can randomly try to flash your bios with any file

go into the advanced menu

and then on the far right tab there should be an EZ flash option

open that and then go to the USB drive directory and the file should be there once you put it there
