Everflame Does Not Drop

I've been getting them fairly consistently out of chests in the Glades dungeon. It's worth noting that with 14.5 they changed the greatsword category to "Heavy" and changed the icon.

I've done tons of those and only get weapon blessings. The rune just does not drop for me :/
