#Slowing enemies down should make parrying easier

Duelo's second ability highlights an issue that was in the game before : when I slow enemies down, I find that parrying their attack becomes harder instead of easier.
My belief is that the parry window is unchanged, but since the enemy movement is slower then finding the right timing becomes harder, it feels more arbitrary. I suggest that the parry window should increase proportionally to the speed reduction.

If they are slow... You don't need to parry. Just attack and when they start to attack you back, just laugh at their pathetic movements and just walk around to their back where they cannot hit you and smack them.

yes, parry and perfect dodge windows are unchanged, so instead of making it easier to hit them, they get substantially harder
