Did you absorb the soul of the ghost in the undercity when doing the quest?

Head to the Undercity and look for a blue dot on your map. When you get close, Soul Sight to find the ghost then left click while in soul sight to absorb him

@lone nova ive done that abd it says smite enemies to change runrs hold LT and RB to pull smite. But still unsure how to equip the rune as if I had done that it would of checked off on my journel
