Cannot obtain trirune talisman

I did the prerequisites for getting this talisman in multiplayer (collecting the pendants), and fought the ghost 3 times at the corresponding time of day. It showed on screen that i received 3 drops. My friend got all of his as well. When I went to craft mine it says 1/3 fragments. The problem is that the game now thinks i have all of the fragments so the ghost won't spawn in singleplayer or multiplayer

do you have all the journal entries?

could try running the verify files feature in the launcher?

go back without the circade pendants equiped solo and interact with missing colors panels
panels either way try killing him again

If you did it in multiplayer, did you changed your talisman (blue/red/green) on each fight as you were supposed to, or did you kept the same one ?

Thank you for the response. This is what my journal looks like at the bottom. I have 4 bullet points in total. I will try that solo when I get the chance. I appreciate the help

I changed the pendant each time. I have continued to do so in hopes he will spawn again, but no luck so far
