I get this sometimes and in Warframe too, makes no difference to gameplay. I just ignore it and presume it's a game bug...

But basically it means that your firewall is blocking incoming connections on those ports.

Sometimes happens when you're using a VPN or sharing your internet to your pc thru your phone for example
