Im having a problem i have done the bear quest for her and made so many pots but her xp doesn't move to get to lvl 2 any reason or something im missing?

Hi there.
You cannot progress through Verminia's bond by crafting only Cloudquell, you at least need another brewing option besides Cloudquell for progressing.

You can get other brewing options from Enclaves, there are various things including the color palettes and potions.

I'm aware, other options are attainable from your Enclave
Enclave is also known as Faction, you're already introduced to it if I'm correct.

Yeah, your faction leader should be Avakot.

Ok so if I lvl them up then I will get more stuff to craft from there

Yes, once you level up your bond there by doing different Tales and earning favors, you should be able to craft other crafting options from there, as in recipes.

After the lvl 2 quest is there anything to do after that besides lvl and farm?

For the main story quests, I believe that should be the last, well at least for me.
You can then go ahead and focus on getting different gear and leveling up your faction 😄
You can use websites to track whether you have any other quest left, and do then in whichever order you'd prefer.
