#[P13] Does anyone know exactly what envoy/mastery rank levels do for your virtues now?

As I understand it, each EnvoyRank comes with 1 virtue point that goes into a pool managed by your prism.
I think we start with like 4 or something at base.
There were also 2 points on each virtue we couldn't move in the prior system, and I think those are still present as well, though they might have been added to the prism pool. Not sure.
Even with the extreme prisms, no talisman, and no points in pacts allocated toward virtue nodes, I still have minimum 2 Courage and 3 Grace and Spirit. The extra in Grace and Spirit likely due to benefits from the Bromius and Orengall fables.
Bumping to see if anyone has figured anything out
As I said, each envoy rank / mastery rank grants 1 point to the pool of points managed by your prism. That's what it does.
At rank 17, you have 17 points earned, plus the 4 they start us off with, so there's 21 points your prisms can shift around.
If that's the case then something needs to drastically change with virtues because I struggle to even have 20 in 2 virtues at the same time now with a +3 to all talisman and using a Wyld pact with every virtue node maxed
it would just be impossible for anyone at lower ranks
I read somewhere that they nerfed the virtue nodes from pact. Havent checked it myself, but maybe that could explain why you are struggling to get 20 in 2 virtues
They reduced the bonus from +10 to +4. It was too much imo
They also removed the passive +5/+9 from the pacts primary virtue.
rip
lol. I didn't even know that was a thing that existed. Another example of the game not telling you basic information.
I don't get the impression that the devs intend players to even contemplate using the split-virtue prisms until something like Envoy Level 15.
But unless they intend on players heavily using the music statues or potions constantly for temporary buffs to make their builds work, the requirements for a few of the split-virtue weapons are just unreasonable. Honestly, aside for some end-game single-virtue weapons, all the virtue requirements are too high.
Yeah unreasonable is probably the best word.
They werent too high before, but they dropped the pact virtue nodes from +10 to +4 and removed the innate virtues on pacts.
Thats like 20+ points we just dont have access to now
Another bulletpoint on my "It feels like 3 different devs came up with solutions for the Courage Meta without talking to each other, and DE just threw all of them together without thinking about how they have anti-synnergy" PowerPoint presentation.
