Hair colors and how they display needs some work I think. Or the lighting when you go into this menu. This is not black hair and this is not red hair, lol

Huge +1. The new customization features are incredibly welcome, but it needs a much better lighting environment for previewing colour changes. Would also love hairstyle being able to pin to a loadout.

I think its buggy atm for the hair color is all so hopefully it'll be fixed up soon

+1 I have tried everything I can think of to remove the blacks and grays from hair color but that seems to be all I get, no matter how blonde I try to make my hair. Also, if you take a few steps from the color station, you can see how your character looks in natural light. Why can't that be the light you see with as you're coloring? This applies to both face and armor. I try a new shade and then have to exit from the interface to see what it really looks like... too many steps. And what's with the new skin texture? My girl looks like she barely survived smallpox!
