+1 please add a skip button, you don't need to remove it completely
+1 Skip button also for completed faction tales, etc. And maybe an "auto-skip boss killed/mission complete animations" in accessibility options.
+1 but I would accept a compromise where it waits for all nearby enemies to be dead before starting
+1 I love the bird to bits...but when you're farming bosses on cogah it gets especially agitating as it interrupts the flow of the game very frequently and in some cases makes it easier to miss what loot you picked up if you time it wrong.
It's lovely and novel, but either a skip or cool down would be nice
yes please, i liked the animation a lot when i started playing but after a while it loses its charm, especially if you have to watch it everytime, being able to skip it would be nice and makes the times i want to see it more meaningful

+1 it feels particularly bad when you watch enemies walk up to you from far away and then attack you the second it’s done.

I don't think it should be removed, it adds a lot of flavor to the experience especially given there's at least three different animations for the bird depending on what enclave you're in. It just needs to be tuned better so it's not as intrusive to the player experience

Even better option in settings to auto skip if you saw it once
nah remove it or make it so you can skip it. dude it gets VERY annoying to watch after like 2-3 times of seeing it. It really doesn't add "flavor" especially if there are other enemies around or trying to pick up boss loot
hence why I agree it should be tuned, or skippable
+1 maybe keep it only for quest bosses, but always skippable, and maybe have a non-model-locking version of a “you did it” animation to replace it. Like the bird flies around you but you can still move and interact, or something
That's what I suggested. Manual skip with auto-skip option in accessibility options.
Its honestly a niche issue but i feel like the more people start to notice how repetitive it gets when farm for bosses or faction xp its starts to become an a nuisance. But i do agree either make it skippable, remove it, or a non model lock animation.

The faction tales having the same problem while in the middle of combat has been an issue for quite some time, as well.

As long as you don't holster your weapon, the cinematic wont play.
I can guarantee you that's not always the case
+1 make it a toggle in options to automatically skip animation and just show the rewards
I think it forces you to sheath the weapon sometimes, idk why sometimes and not other times...

I don't mind the animation too much, having it skippable would be nice, & also just having it better timed
