Any idea on how I can keep track of these invite drops? Do they happen often on twitch or do I get sent a key on my email.

so if you don't have access yet, you still have a chance to be sent an invite from one of the 2000 invites they send out on wednesdays to randomly chosen accounts, those will be via email.
on twitch's side, whenever there's a devstream they'll announce it a good few days prior to when it happens just like they have done now for the next devstream on next weeks friday
for that just gotta have your twitch account linked to your soulframe one, then watch that for 30min and claim the drop
then you'll need to go to your account management on soulframe.com, and click on the "Claim" button
then the code will pop up and you can redeem that
