No idea. Sign up and then ask support. Keep in mind the game is P2P (player to player, not client/server). So it does check for ping to all in a squad and if because of your location, you get high ping, it will not let you join the squad. Saying that, most of the game is done solo, not multiplayer. So still playable if you never join a squad.

Well I didn't, but OK. I did buy the founder for my wife. Gave her the money and she went to the website and bought it with the money I gave her. I don't see how where someone gets the money from to be a violation of TOS, but I'm not a lawyer.
