🎮 Soulframe Startup Issue - No Quests in start Game

I recently purchased an access pack for Soulframe. After buying the pack and the game, I logged in.
However, I noticed that:

The game did not let me choose my class.

I do not have any quests available.

Meanwhile, my friend, who bought the same pack at the same time as me, was able to experience the initial cinematic and access the first story quests. It seems my account might have skipped these crucial starting steps.

Could you please help me resolve this issue and gain access to the starting content ?

Did you try going into the Fable tab and see if it lets you replay Warsongs? (if you even have it)

Some times you have to go talk to the Old man in the Nightfold and then the Quest will reappear. i noticed this the other day

I think those are:
Waste Bear
Brewer of Hues
Warsongs
Shewolf Ensnared

Try to go to the third one and see if it lets you replay it.
In alternative you can try to join someone else game and ask them to replay "Rise, Envoy" and see if it unlocks for you too.

In general the tutorial should be:
Warsongs->Rise, Envoy->The Last Pensive->The Tormented Stag
Sounds like it just kinda skipped it all for you.

The rest works, I just don't have the main story with the old man.

As I suggested, I would try to join someone else and see if the host replaying Rise, Envoy unlocks it for you.
... Though I'm not sure that can be replayed in multiplayer.

Trying to go directly to the College of Pensives and see if The Last Pensive starts might also be an option.

Also, I would contact support about it.

For those who are experiencing this issue:

clear out your %AppData and reinstall the game. I’m not sure what is causing this, but it has worked to help out players with this issue!
