The game gives me no information, no character creation, no tutorial, just that, I launched the game for the 1st time, and a simple head, flying.

This has been happening a few times. You need to delete the %AppData then reinstall the game. It should fix whatever is hiccuping in the system.

Is it just not loading or is it partially loading? Try to run as admin.
