I'm leveling the pact at the moment, and my biggest iisue rn is how the floxk miss 50% of the time because it doesn't latch on an enemy properly, leading into multiple misses, even pn enemies mere inches from the ability itself.
I also get the appeal of having this amount of targetting with it, which, as a potential fix for the miss issue, could not go on cooldown unless it hits something

+1 tell me why my magic attack can lock itself to hitting a crate/barrel 90 degrees to the left of my camera facing but the birds just barely graze the top of that sinecure's shoulders and misses

+1 They also need to fix hitbox on Cabocha. If you aim center mass on some of these boss, but not at the floor, you will shoot straight through. Aiming at the floor shouldn't be the answer.

I've seen the bird fly right through enemies but not proc multiple times. The hitbox needs to be way more generous

I just shoot at the groud near them and it always hits. It has an AoE activation. The bird doesnt need to strike the mob.

I would love it even more if it would attack every enemy in a tight group, so then you are encouraged to aim at the ground.

Thought about suggesting making the birds swarm in a circle to be a a small aoe ability but that might be too powerful.
Also wanna add, if any devs read this far down, can phantom flock please not break bestone? wanna use both spells together.

this used to happen when it was part of the old Fey Pact. Was stupid strong.
Any damage breaks bestone, even another bestone. Its why i wont use rats on my weapons. I doubt they could do this.

+1 , hit boxes are a little wack on this thing. I’ve watched the bird literally fly through a character model without “hitting” it
I weirdly kinda like that it breaks bestone though? Makes it feel more like you make a choice of which CC is more appropriate for the situation rather than just dumping your whole kit on something.

I think the point of many pact abilities is not to use them together but have them constantly in rotation so we don't end up screwed when they're all on cooldown.
AOE for phantom flock, it already is, if it would lock in on several targets I agree, it would be too powerful. but maybe make it even more likely to hit other enemies too. Like guaranteed to stun main target but maybe get 2 other stun meters to 75%ish depend on how close they were to the main target.-Then we could hit one of them with a thrown to stun them out😁
@gentle bane Not breaking bestone, it could make bestone buggy. plus bestone is kind of a "I'll deal with you in a moment" vibe.
100% needs a bigger hit box or something,
the ability constantly flies straight through big mace lady (Banneret), like they're not even there. (Envoys, Have we seen any other enemies specifically?)
