Hi, I'm partially color blind....

Color blind accessibility settings don't work for me, makes most things worse actually. I have to discern certain things based upon shape and outline when it color variation. You can't hold Q to highlight him, either.

Are there people that can actually see this without issue?

I see it just fine, but I believe an accessibility "glow"/outline would be nice to have, and I'd use it as someone that doesn't truly need it.

One of my primary duties in my work is handling accessibility tasks so I hope this is something they will do for you.

is that avakot/alca's children in the bush??? because even people without the accessibility issues have trouble finding them tbf, all I saw here was a bush but you mentioned "him" and highlight and I was like... "what am I meant to be seeing here?"

Would love a setting like the Witcher 3 has where you can change the colors of the highlights. Im colorblind myself and the golden highlights often blend in with the foliage

DE's other live service game Warframe even does that, with separate highlights for friendlies vs hostiles too!

also colourblind here, agreed, even just making avakot get highlighted with q would be huge. it makes sense, the npc is interactable and other interactable items get the highlight in soul mode (song for luck, totem captures)

Funny enough, I play with someone that is fully color blind. So, sometimes we are like dumb and dumber when we're together and it comes to finding things. Some things I can see better, other's he can being fully color blind. Sometimes we're both screwed and I have to call in my wife when we're done arguing over it! lol

the only reason I can find them is usually by homing in on Avakot’s sneezing or asking the guide for help XD

I got close, literally took me 5 minutes to find him. I walked through that bush so many times too until I saw it at just the right angle. Definitely frustrating after seeing where he was.

After testing the different factions I think that the Alca's children are the worst because they will do stuff like appear inside bushes or half in water. Meanwhile, the Silent Rose who are meant to be spies are just standing around in the open wearing red.

Not color blind here, I have trouble finding Avakot sometimes if he's in a deep shadow or in a bush like the image. I have to walk around listening for his sneeze, and even then it's hard.

I think friendlies should show with soul mode since they still spawn in bushes. And they should have souls to "see," right?

They have hotfixed souls into them, no reason they should not show up anymore.

Don't feel concerned, they genuinely are standing INSIDE the bush and are not just blending in.
