I started the Cogah Kabocha fight standing on a root at the edge of the battle field. Kabocha fled and the forfeit timer started. I moved to his spawn point and he didn't come back and it counted as me fleeing and forfeiting...

Posting a follow up here, You can also be locked into the forfeit timer if you kill Gruul Seeker Ruthos after the timer starts due to him being able to teleport out of his arena range. Hope this gets fixed soon!
Also when locked into this timer there is no way to stop it from kicking you out of Cogah 🙁 -10 Wevetwood sap

Same thing but with the ghost, which i killed on the edge of that area. Timer went off and didnt stop no matter what. Cogah potion gone to waste. Very annoying.

Had this happen with Discharged Nimrod yesterday killed at range with bow, and timer started when he fell. I did have one other time fighting him where the timer started but I moved closer, which stopped it.
I think the cowardice range should be wider, and ideally locked to the mob in addition to or instead of a circle around the spawn point.
Or at the very least give an obvious visual cue to the arena so we know where not to cross during the fight, but that doesn't help when the agari can and do move beyond that range restriction.
