Hello! I was playing preludes 12 and as I was trying to reforge a weapon Ive noticed that all my materials mentioned on the title have been deleted. I tried relogging and It didnt work. I spent a lot of time farming these materials and now it sucks that I have to refarm them again.

Me too.....and the Preludes 12 Hotfix 4 have no work

I have 50+ quartz 30+ Sappheline and Moranite and 20~ pearls and all gone after the hotfix, game mechanic or bug, this isn't funny, I've spent time farming these

Just happened to me as well :(
Game removed 8 quartz from my inventory instead of buying 10 from Avakot (putting me at 33 instead of the 51 I should have had), and still took my Dracs for the purchase

Same here. Bought 10 from Avakot, lost them when I went to Nightfold.
Then bought 10 at the start of a dungeon...
And lost them by the end.

Same as the previous message happened to me, bought 10 quarts from Avakot, did a Glades run, picked up one during the run from a chest and when I left it said "-9 Gossamer Quarts". Relogged and confirmed that the 10 I bought are definitely gone

Almost identical issue. Bought ten quartz. Did an undercity run. At the end of mission thing saw -10 Quartz. Re log and theyre still gone.

This happened to me, seem to be losing the quantities I buy from Avakot.

Just tested this by buying 10 quartz and 2 river pearls from avakot and then entering and leaving a faction area. The materials were yoinked right from my inventory with a prompt showing -10 and -2 respectively.
Avakot's store is bugged for sure.

Coming back to this because I didn't even buy anything from Avakot this time
I did join a co-op game with a friend of mine, that might be what did it, but still. I don't think it's just Avakot

Material glitch wise - I've been unable to acquire Sappheline? Had 2 three days ago, multiple co-op runs would give me 0 in the drops. Got one from a chest I think, putting me at 3. Did another co-op pact run two nights ago, 0 drops again. Excited to see Avakot selling 2 yesterday, bought 2, still at 3 🙃
I didn't keep play-by-play well enough to know if I had them then they dissappeared, but something is definitely up 😅

I unfortunately only got one screenshot of this but I had this happen a few days ago during Preludes 12 Hotfix 2
Of note based on previous comments:
- I was in solo mode, have never so far joined a co-op session except for faction areas
- I did not purchase from Avakot
- I don't know what items I lost unfortunately, there were more before this one but I only screenshotted after seeing it repeatedly to ask about it.
- It kept happening for the rest of that session including after visiting nightfold, until I finally closed the game for the day

Yeah this is a known issue you need to make the support ticket they will look at your account and they will give you what you lost that's how it worked for me at least.
Hopefully whatever information you supply will help them find this and fix it once and for all
