#Xsolla Error 3032

It's an xsolla issue, if you start a livechat on their help website, they'll respond within an hourish and should be able to fix it
having this issue too - just submitted a ticket.

This is a problem for me too. And I tried to submit a ticket but it requires a transaction number but there's no transaction number because it won't allow the transaction. Is there a way to get ahold of them directly?
So I got it sorted out - just as @fiery scarab stated; took about 20minutes
create an account on the xsolla website
On the bottom left corner of the screen, click the little icon with a '?'
Choose the live chat option, enter your issue and any error codes (3032 in my case)
Wait for a rep to respond and they will take it from there.
Tip: in my case, it was an issue I had with my PayPal account being compromised back in 2022 which lead to a chargeback of a Warframe purchase.
If you do a chargeback, Xsolla blacklists your account / your card and will lock you out of future purchases.
They requested I log into my PayPal account and send them a screenshot of the disputed charge, invoice, and transaction as proof of ownership.
Unfortunately, I did not have access to my PayPal anymore as the account no longer exists. I had deleted it due to the fraud attempt. BUT I had access to the email still and was able to find the emails from the dispute which had the transaction ID and that was enough for them to get me unlocked.
