I use a bow, full grace, is there any purpose to any of the other sidearms? I have Virdigris and Nettle, but they seem to have no purpose. I can parry/backstab with the bow for ~same or more damage (Juniper). If the dagger sidearms are useless, what might i use that is of benefit?

I thought flyblades, because I read something about an orbit or something? but nothing gets within 3 football fields of majority of the time, and even if it did, I think I would just shoot it in the face again rather than switch

supposedly all of it, however the game is still in alpha and there’s people saying its very buggy to do main quests (fables) with others if you haven’t finished them yourself first, also i recommend removing all fog of war (world trees) first, i heard its only removed for the host only and you would need to do it again in your world if you’re a client

You can do everything in coop but yes, as mentioned, coop can be a bit buggy. The biggest things I would suggest is avoiding Main Story Fables with groups, or swap hosts and replay them to get through the bugs that typically occur.

You can have up to 2 friends with you at a time as well, so plan accordingly if you’re blessed with more friends.

Ah, well it depends, all Short Blades can use the Flitsmoke Rune which is very powerful, but since the gameplay for that boils down to doing Finishers while invisible all the time it's not really "using" the dual blades imo

If you'd rather use the actual moveset for them then Tethren or Ode Tempest can boost damage/stagger, the Totems that strip armor can also help damage

The Founder's bundle will go away at some point, though that will be announced ahead of time. All the items (barring the Founder flower) will be available F2P at some point as well, the Paragon sword specifically is semi-exclusive. Paragon Founders will be able to make copies of their sword to give/trade to F2P players, which will then carry their name on the blade

I'd say the bundles are worth it personally, you can also get one of the base bundles which will reduce the price for Paragon if you later decide to get everything

Some locations can spawn orbs very far away from the actual location, it has been like that for a while, if you can't find it, just leave and come back later, orbs reset after about an hour has passed and try then

Runes do not come from dungeons, they come from defeating Agari, which are the bosses you can find in the overworld (and in some dungeons)

There are several fan-made maps both online and on the Discord, you can also hit the Agari button in your journal and the game will direct you towards one, it's the skull mark

Hi everyone, sorry if I'm repetitive, but I have a problem with the game: I've finished the story and would like to farm to unlock weapons, runes, pets, and armor so I can test out all the challenges and hopefully figure out my playstyle. But I can't figure out how things work. For example, I'm facing a boss that spawns monsters at level 31 and I can't defeat it. How do I defeat it? I find myself wandering randomly around the map or trying to complete dungeons without actually finding anything, be it a power-up or something. Can anyone help me understand or guide me?

If you find yourself facing enemies that are too tough you're likely in a higher level zone of the map the west and middle of the map tends to be lower level and easier for new players. If you haven't yet I suggest unlocking the blacksmith ancestor, who can be found near the town of Curlail in the starting zone. (Look for lightning striking nearby)

Check the various World Trees to do missions for your chosen Enclave, these will get you fragments for new weapons and armor and will help level your gear and Envoy.

I don’t think the comparison with Aleca is fair it literally injects Overwolf into your game, which is something quite invasive. Overall, if Aleca, which is more invasive (and uglier appearance matters), doesn’t cause issues, I believe Little Genius is very safe to use.

I think all of this is very vague, because there are games that are invasive and inject and run several things themselves, like Valorant and BF6, as well as mouse, keyboard, and similar software that may be running alongside the game. If a weapon has a cap of 40 damage and has 2 pips of Courage scaling it would mean you'd need 40 Courage to reach that cap, since damage scales at 0.5/pip, 2 pips = 1 x 40 Courage = 40

If you however increase that to 3 pips with a Blessed Joinery, you can reach 40 faster since it now scales at 1.5 x virtue so 1.5 x 27 = 40 meaning you'd only need 27 Courage to reach cap instead of 40

The minimum requirement doesn't change and the cap doesn't change, but the scaling improves so you need less Virtues to get to cap

You can get new gear by crafting it once you find the blacksmith ancestor, who you should be guided to right after the tutorial. Fragments for gear come from a variety of places, bosses, enemy drops, bounties for your starting Enclave, etc...

Depends since you can do some of the quests out of order. But there are currently 8 fables in your journal that you can play, then explore the map, fight Agari, get new weapons and armor, etc.

You’ll get fragments for the weapons and armor. Then you’ll need the blacksmith tuvalkane in your nightfold to craft them. They act as pieces of blueprints basically. You need all the fragments to be able to craft them.

Each boss drops a unique rune for cogah and non-cogah, so camping and farming Ruthos will get you to Torrent faster

But doing all the bosses will probably allow you to complete the rune collection faster
