Yes by collecting "mods" from animals then you can upgrade those, also if you have more than the requirements ( lets say requirement is 12 courage once you have said 12 courage any courage above that increases damage based on the number of colored pips in the weapon screen it should be called attunment) of using a weapon damage goes up, also levelling weapons makes them scale highwr

Yes, but it's inconsistent. You'll get increases sometimes and other times it'll misbehave, and the increases are inconsistent in amounts.

Like other buff type effects, it also doesn't show up in the arsenal in the nighthold. I think it only shows in the weapon stats in the inventory while you're in-world. So you'd have to do the math on what you started with to figure out what you got.

Yes, but by the time the buff stacks that high you're also in cogah and have killed 3+ bosses. The buff resets when cogah ends.

Depends on what you want. Courage is probably the pick for most folks though. We already have good grace options for bows, and this one has higher base scaling for courage by default and a higher courage requirement anyway.
You absolutely can throw on a grace joinery and even out the scaling across courage and grace if you want though. You can still reach the weapon's damage cap either way.

some of the drops from just random crates that look like loot drops give dracs instead

also it feels like chests are giving just dracs more often than they used to, and gossamer quartz seems to drop from rare crates weirdly rarely compared to moranite and sappheline

So I'm putting together an Oregnall bow build focussing primarily on Grace with some spirit if it doesn't hurt my damage. Using Maestro, seems like even with a 2G2S scaling profile, pushing max grace (Saphene's Shadow) still gives better damage (+82) over grace / spirit hybrid (Oro's ranger, +75).

Trying to figure out the following:

• Why does the bow still scale harder with Grace that spirit even if it's got equal number of symbols? It surely can't be the 2 points lost to courage in Oro's Ranger causing it.
• Is the ~30 less HP and -7 dmg worth it for 18 points of spirit's worth of cooldown and stronger wolves?
• When reforging Maestro, should I just push more grace to get damage even higher?

Prisms will automatically get stronger as your account levels up, levelling will increase your total Virtue pool, the Prism just determines how those get distributed.

To strengthen your Virtues further you can invest points into the Virtue nodes of any Pact, for a max of 6 points in each, Talismans will also further boost Virtues

i tested it by converting my paragon to be mora

It has a health regain mechanic, if you get hit in melee and hit an enemy back you'll recover some of the lost HP, but it's limited and if you get hit again during the window you lose the health

If you have high armor you can sustain as long as you're hitting, but at higher levels it's still risky
