because you don't have enough points, simple as. We don't know what the longterm solution is gonna be like, but we DO know that the Founder pacts, named like Wyld Oscelda, Wyld Sirin and Wyld Tethren, actually share a pool with their base versions

Oscelda's super flexible, so it's hard to go wrong with Oscelda upgrades, especially with 60 points to work with

Eh. The only dungeon I've had issues with the bird fly time was in that underground tree dungeon. For some reason, it only has 1 respawn point, and it's next to the entrance of the dungeon.

I have a question about factions. I have access to the Children of Alca sidequests, while my buddy has access to the Silent Rose quests. When I brought him to the Alcove to initiate access to the CoA quests, we discovered he didn't have the talisman necessary for participation. After some digging, it's likely I also do not have the talisman for his side quests. Is there a way for both of us to gain access to both quest lines, or did we make a permanent choice?

Yeah, it has a grapple line as it's kick, but you have to be at a very weird distance for it to activate and more often than not it just leaves you open because of the recovery from using it.

I ranked up Alca's Children to rank 3, and now I can't gain experience for it, and it cleared out all my faction reward points. Is that suppose to happen?

I believe the masc Envoy only has the default and femme Envoys have 3 but they're buggy, cannot remove facepaint at the moment.

The next big update will have a lot more customization, faces, facepaints, hairstyles, etc... and make changing your look/body type easier

For Pact abilities, for the most part it's:

Replaying the opening quest will let you try the other classes but won't change your class I'm afraid, you can get the other starting weapons and classes (Pacts) later on to swap freely but you'll have to craft them

After you finish the Torment Stag Fable you'll be introduced to your starting Faction (Enclave) they've got a Faction shop where you can get the other weapons at rank 1, levelling them up to rank 3 will let you grab the other starting classes

Then do bounties and/or join sieges in recruiting to get Gossamer Quartz, which you need to craft it.
Once you get Juniper and Sirin maxed to 30 (keep doing bounties), you can watch recruiting chat for people running Cogah.
Ruthos drops The Torrent, a really good bow exclusive rune.

Armor racks. Usually people reccomend using the Curlail siege to farm brass. But not finishing it, rather go through the siege, then log out nearby. Rinse and repeat.

if you mean fully translate them, you can yes, by finding glowing floating motes scattered around the location, there is usually 1 or 2 per location, then either wait 1 irl hour for them to naturally respawn or relogging should force spawn them
