For weapons, a lot, depending on which of the three virtues they attune to
For pacts, not all that much usually

in general, Courage = ability strength, Spirit = ability duration, Grace = ability range.
but each weapon also is attuned towards one of the 3 virtues and each point in said virtue will increase the weapons damage

but yeah as zephyr said the changes to abilities aren't massive but with larger point differences, noticeable

not particularly imo, it might be helpful in some situations but even without filling out your stagger meter an enemy can still make you stumble with every attack, and some attacks will knock you down regardless of your stagger meter / stagger defense

If my friend I gave a founders code to is in Kith of Kings, if I'm a co-op envoy in his world running missions for Kith of Kings, I know my standing earned is converted over to my own faction, but does the drop chance convert to my faction (Regent's Armor) or does the drop table stay with Kith of Kings (Flame King Armor, Igne Mora Sword?

You can always turn the chats on and off if you like (outside of bugged moments). Just go to settings, social, and turn off the chats. Then you won't be bombarded with random messages unless you want to be.

If you've "tamed" any animals youve seen running around, right clicking on your weapon in the weapon select screen will allow you to apply totems (mods) and thos ecan boost your defense and attack

parries exist, and you can unlock a special after-parry attack via combat arts that does a very nice amount of damage.

yep

you unlock the animal ones from the main quests and you can unlock the other starter pacts + a couple extra from leveling up your faction rep

you swap pacts like the other equipment in your nightfold. If you meant swapping factions, you have to rank up your faction a couple times and then are given the option to buy the crafting material needed to make the unlock item for the others

keep in mind you'll still have to "craft" the pacts at your weaponsmith in the nightfold, with garren rood especially having some silly item requirements

the droptables are on the website, at least hovering over a resource of a frame blueprint tells you where to get the necessary things, but only planet wise

you still need wiki or other places to find more optimal spots

given it is a pre alpha, the game wont be comfortable to play without a wiki anytime soon sadly

but spirit increases all durations, howl increases courage range

courage itself doesnt really benefit the pact at all you are better off using a spirit attuned weapon no?
