Ya know, I'm being sarcastic for no reason. I don't have any reason to believe you're familiar with DE's holiday schedule. They give the devs a few weeks off at year end, and naturally if the team hasn't been doing anything for the previous week or two, there's nothing to summarize on a dev stream. They've probably only been back to work for a week, which means an update won't happen for another week or so

There's a 'content drought' every year in january for this very reason.

Sounds intentional based on party rules. Cogah is locked to a specific party of players, and if you enter a hub without a party I think it dissolves the instance.

my first guess is that you're not ACTUALLY at the right spot/ using right entrance. But thats only because you've not encountered them yet

That could be it yes, I'm in the old Denmark endless room, which looks like the right room based on the picture in the wiki. Next room is the exit and I explored every other room of the dungeon. It did give me a quest to find a scroll when I entered the dungeon, and I completed it.

If you haven't at least tried the different weapon types, I highly recommend trying each one. Many are not what you'd assume they are.

I just beat my first boss. It was at the bottom of a dungeon and gave me a grinn fragment. The only way I could do damage to it was if I threw my polearm at it with perfectly timed throws. Is this normal or was I just really unlucky that it was resistant to both my weapons

If the health bar shows a grey X instead of red, it means the base damage of your weapon is lower than it's armor. Thrown attacks do more damage, so thats how you got past it. There are other ways to reduce armor as well

it's not exact, but for each symbol on the attunement, you'll need ~10 virtue points in it to get the 'max' effect out of that weapon

If using Archstorm, if you do not have a voltaic weapon equipped, it will have a small lightning strike hit the target after your initial hit, if using a voltaic weapon, its an added +50% to whichever attack lands.

Damage will remain the same bonus regardless of the delivery method.

Get them to check their journal. The first tab would be active quests, (torment stag would appear here if it were uncompleted for them but they had progress). The fourth tab down is Fables which would be completed quests.

If it appears on the fourth tab, then they might need to make a bug report/support ticket for missing quest rewards. https://support.soulframe.com/hc/en-us

If they're missing the quest all together, then they just missed the step to pick it up/co-op bug. Walking to a revival shrine in the overworld and reading the notes there should give them the missing quest if that was the problem.

that typically happens when you stay in the boss' area, need to get some distance for the boss to respawn, exact distance is different for each boss I think tho. for mk specifically you might also be able to force him to spawn regardless by spamming his bell for a couple minutes

with mk I think just getting to the other side of his corrupted pool area typically did the trick tho

Ran to Hewyl, killed and finished the dungeon which puts you close to Vella, who I killed as well.
Then I went around to do the other bosses again and when I got back to Hewyl, I got a quest (and no boss) so I just finished the dungeon to get closer to Vella and there was no boss there either

then I was going through again now and Hewyl wasn't there again and so I ragequit for now

and I'm using whatever entrances the avakot map shows

It is a little frustrating that the forge shows you stuff you have already made and own as ready to build. It's also a bit dispiriting having to grind for so much brass for everything when it only seems to drop near Fort Curlail and in the Glades. And only then if the RNG deity smiles on you.

Yes, there are two ways:
