I was about to share a screenshot, but you edited your message to say Courage. Anyway, I don't think there would be that much of a difference in numbers. If you have double Sirin, are at least rank 14, and have either the Paragon or the Trirune talisman, you can easily get 30 in Grace, 27 in Courage, and 17 in Spirit.

30 is the attunement cap for the Wyld weapons, and 27 is a decent number for ability damage.

Oh, yeah, I guess this applies to every starter pact that you have a double of. So if you want to play Tethern, you can have 30 in Courage and 27 in Grace instead

Your virtue placement makes me feel like I have run into a feral child who has somehow survived in the woods for the better part of a decade and knows nothing about the outside world

Just do the inverse of it. If you really want to use the Starling with acceptable damage, then have at least 25 in Grace. You can dump the rest in Courage for your ability damage

I really don't think it's a good idea to change Starling's attunement, especially when the game hasn't been officially released and things are constantly being reworked

YET she's over 2 account levels higher. She's 14 and I'm baaaarely the first 1/3 of 12. Surely there's SOMETHING else that gives account exp.

I solo it and it basically takes no time once you're in there

As mentioned, destroy every single barrel/boxes you come across, especially in under cities, you can use Sirin pickpocket perk, sneak on those heavy units - easy Dracs. Faction specific sparrow tales too

I think I'm stuck - not sure what's the next part of the game play loop. I did the Fables for the deer, wolf, and bear, and now I've just got to grind mats to unlock them. I'm also grinding toward rank 5 of Silent Rose so I can unlock all those items. Is that all there is left to do? Just grind factions? - i was lucky and received a friend code to start playing. I was really impressed at first and thought I'd want to get my brother and other friends involved, but after only about 10 hours, I'm not sure I've got content left

So the event basically centers around the thawntide guard so to speak and the bird cages they made kill the guards which can be done by sneaking or up fronting (if your melee kill the archer first else you will have a bad day eventually) then break there speaker take the mats build a build house attach back in the real and bam you get a lord or lady cardinal piece when you do finish be warn two dogs will spawn hunting you

Like, it takes 2 arenas to max a main and offhand weapon and finding arenas or getting spots takes a while

Arena varies, if you use arena with starting level 36-38 (NE) then it can be faster, but i prefer just leveling by doing Tales on NE and only look for arena when the tale takes me to the glades

That is outdated, motes no longer exist.

The game changes quickly, make sure the dates of content you're looking at is recent.

Motes have been replaced with runes and totems, runes are dropped by enemies totems are from charming and rescuing animals

Hey everyone, I need help. So I am stuck at the The Waste Bear quest seek the sap part. I have Verminia unlocked in Nightfold, the issue is that i cant pick up the sap. I have relogged and restarted the entire game and still nothing worked. The only thing that I have in my mind is that I played the quest with a friend and I think he did the interactions with Verminia, so i didn't get the sap tap or whatever item she gives so you can pick up the sap.

Any ideas how i might fix this ?

It's possible that you're stuck in a limbo, fables generally might not like when they're done in co-op. If you you can't find a solution you might need a hand from DE, which can take a while considering the time of the year.

How do we all feel about the current weapon levelling experience? Personally I think it's a bit slow and clunky in general gameplay compared arena/endless. Maybe it would be better if our other weapon is fully levelled they can distribute some extra EXP over to it?

Uh... you get talisman parts that drop as you go about the world, you need to craft them, equip them and then find the faction hideout.

I think the quest I was thinking of is actually just a note, hinting at where you can find one of the enclaves.

OH SHIT, it might be the hidden skilter! Because Reaper drops frags for just two weapons: Skilter and Blitzel, and in the weapons compendium there's 3 hidden weapons that use the icons for Odiac, Skilter and Virdigris

I wonder if those are like prime versions of the weapons, or just different weapons that were removed from the game and their compendium entries weren't properly removed and their icons just defaulted to those 3, idk

But it's weird if they're placeholders and not all using the same icon, idk

I do get this from killing regular Reaper, not on Cogah, so that's also weird, because I would've expected a "prime" version of a regular drop to be part of the Cogah loot table, so I think this might give more credence to the theory that's it's a different weapon, unsure

For Joineries search for Polished, or Blessed if you want to change the attunement.
The others are not really worth using most likely.

Runes are from bossess, and you should seek out the ones that are compatible with what you are using.
There is generally one from the normal boss and one from the Cogah boss.

I'm fairly sure one of the shields is from Knell Knight, Avakot.org wiki should have more precise info on drop locations.

You know, I see Sarah's videos and the world looks so much less dreary. Everytime I ask someone is there a way to make the world look different, I get the answer "Thats the point, its supposed to look dreary" - and yet it appears to me that in various you tube videos it looks better. I mean its oppressive. At least pulling the world tree spikes or blowing up machines you would think would make it better. Anyway am I crazy?

They keep making changes to the map, big recent one was the Ode'n walls going up that make the place feel much more "occupied by an enemy force".

But there are also a lot of smaller changes that do not really get commented on too much.

It's kinda visible from the map, this is a comparison from P9 to P12's map.

I've yet to see it's effect anywhere, I've tried multiple ways to try and get weapon tooltips to show the bonus in some way, and saw nothing. I've done backstabs on two of the same sinecure, at the same level, both with and without a cogah talisman and saw no difference. So my guess is that it's either a cogah-only thing, or it's bugged.

I think a good pact and adding of new weapon type would be great ne that focuses on the balance between both courage and grace the base principles being based off bushido which would tie into nature easily as you can have the arm for the pact be a sakura tree blooming when in spirit view or specific scenes and the armor it comes with be straight out of Japanese samurai armor but with the lower being basically the kimono lower over some leg greaves and sandals the top being built cloth over armor but like a katana wielder the right side being less covered the new weapon type being classified as “blades” for the starter its basically a katana and scabbard but the movements are similar to the way they had warframes use there blades th pact skill one is a sakura blossom where you increase your output only but take more damage yet move faster and with a blade equipped you can dash thru enemies somewhere between blink and flashstep anime style skill two is essential a flash step slash with lower than most cooldown with eventual skill perks making it even less if it connects with a enemy the third id set up as a ranged option that can be used for powerful multiple enemy hits

It's red because that's just how they colour code text if a value after using a joinery is lower than the previous value, and - stability is "negative" in magnetude

For the birdcatchers roam around, you should hear them, they're quite loud with bird noises, they generally have level 50s in red armor next to them. For leveling weapons Endless is your best bet, look in recruitment chat for people doing groups a lot of times they'll say something like "Type X for Endless", recruitment is also a good place to find people doing bosses. As for materials you'll get them as you play, the dungeons and faction tales can be a good source of them.

Weapon and pact Level raises when you kill stuff. But we have a XP farm in the game it's called endless or Arena. Just check the Ingame recruiting chat. People will host it and can invite you.

It's 20 waves of mobs that will give you a good chunk of XP towards lv30.

basically once you bestitch an armor piece, it basically adds it as a cosmetic

so you keep the armor piece that gives stats AND get the cosmetic version of the armor piece on top of that
