On occation, a couple of Sinecure will appear and open that entrance. Without needing a second player. Also, if you have a pact with a root ability, eg Oscelda, you can root a mob on one plate and stand on the other.

It really should be openable as normal by one person, the two-person thing is a remnant from when it was the highest level dungeon in the game as a sort of 'you should bring another person to handle this', which has long been left in the dust.

There's an equally high level Glades entrance half a minute away now that lets you walk in as normal.

I made a post in bug tracking but figured I'd ask here too. Did the fire king quest, had the sword and died in the dungeon. I respawned and left the dungeon but didn't get the cutscene of him leaving and didn't get his fragments. I closed and relaunched the game and found him again and left but still no fragments. 2nd time I did get the cutscene

Only place that you're shown that is post faction tale or from changing in the time of day (I think maybe) when it shows you all your total stuff on the side of the screen.

It'll give you a progress bar for the current level of your pact and weapons.

Are they going to fix orengalls pact at all? I feel like they basically nuetered it entirely when they removed the idol powers. Now that we have a boss fight "end game", Im noticing its primary features are basically worthless. The spirit wolves die nearly instantly, the howl is functionally worthless, and you simply cant use werewalker during combat. They even hard nerfed its stealth so its barely viable for that as well

Good luck having the wolves survive long enough for soulbound to function, tho. The whole pact relies on the wolves to do anything unless you're cooping, and even THEN its a pact that needs a stupendous amount of courage, grace, and spirit to manage its entire kit. They are literally there so the pact can function in combat. The wolves pull aggro so you can use werewalker. They are the key method to activating soulbound so your damage buffs. And the howl works decent without them, but you dont have it up enough that the complete lack of survivability in the pact manages. So when you boss and they die instantly... thats problematic

If the wolves die too fast, you have a one ability pact

hence it being the literal worst pact in the game currently

That's a very hard question to answer but there is a playable game with progression and at a very rough guess about 4-ish hours of story/quest content, with a lot more in progression/discovery/grind

It can be more if you like to level more weapons, try them, and do some puzzles. Personally I want to try 2 weapons from each type at least and find runes and arch runes for them. and collect/craft the rest

then you have the Pacts too that you can do the same

Kearnhold does drop Dewelion. But the fort drops have been bugged since latest hotfix. You can also get the drops from Undercity Agari. I got my last fragment from that

If you mean Stability, it's one of the 3 armour types

Physical - resistance to physical damage
Magickal - resistance to magick damage
Stability - resistance to stagger damage
