Weapons only scale to what they specify as their attunement, though such can be changed via blessed joinery. Pact skills all have their own scaling formula, so some scale better on one virtue than others may, but generally Courage affects ability strength, Spirit duration, and Grace range.

Some questions regarding the Paragon greatsword and joineries in general.
I never used a blessed joinery on 'The Paragon' because as of now it is unique by having mixed virtue scaling and I believe that once you change its attunement to a single virtue you will not be able to get it back to that original mixed attunement.
Perhaps my train of thought is incorrect on this and therefore I would really appreciate if somebody could let me know:

1. if it is possible to remove a joinery (especially the 'blessed' ones) in order to get the weapon back to its original form?
2. what happens when you use a 'polished' or 'gildaur' joinery on an already 'blessed' weapon?

I do know that the Fey pact was mainly converted into Oscelda and that the old joineries are weak or had no benefit at all but I am not after min-maxing here (especially if having had max rank Fey pact does not give additional mastery anymore).
It is just because ingame I am an extremely dedicated completionist/collector even when something could be considered as "junk".

Kill Agari around the Midrath they have a chance to drop them. (Cogah have other version runes)

You can Right click you equipped weapons in the arsenal to open a "mod menu" here you can equip runes for specific weapon types and add totems for increased stats etc.

Starting slots are 3 for Pacts and 6 for Weapons, and you should have 100 Arcs to buy new slots with by default.
They are not enough to get eveything, but should give you enough leeway.
