Depends on the armor. The Circade set is not crafted and added to your inventory directly, but you have to do a whole "quest-chain" to get it.
Overall, yeah, you need to craft everything you equip, from Pacts to weapons to armor pieces to talismans

i would argue that throwing weapons with everflame is more effective, but if you've ever just wanted to rapid fire sword waves at your enemies, you can't go wrong

the sword waves are weaker than everflame because everflame scales off of your weapon's base damage, whereas the sword waves have a set damage number

the problem is that, to me, tethren is one of the only maybe 3 pacts that feel genuinely impactful to gameplay. the rest are kinda just "for fun" use it if you like the playstyle kinda deal but you won't feel an improvement in that pact's niche by much when using it.

mora's hand still feels terribly incomplete to me. it has an ability that triggers a pretty nice dmg AoE but it has not dmg mitigation or healing to play towards it. the weapon dmg buff is laughable at like 25% and the 1st ability is kinda meh both as a CC and a DPS ability

Sirin with a bow is life on easy mode. Decoy, arrow hail 2x, pitrix dust, arrow hail 2x , every enemy will 99% of the time have pull smite available. Pull them all, most will be dead now. Rune is active so damage is insanely boosted. If ur against a boss or baneret now use ur butterfly to backstab with rune active and u deal like 4-5k dmg with a backstabby

You "spend" that rep to level to the next tier. It's no longer accessible because it's tied up in the rank and can't be spent, but it doesn't leave your current faction exp total.

You get to your new cap, and do it again.

The exp you spend cumulatively across all 5 rank ups totals to 80k, the last tier is 30k.

But Rump Thump at 70+ armor hits like a truck, at 100+ becoming an almighty boss one-shotter.
