When you Smite enemies, you expose their souls. There are 3 colors of souls: green, blue, red. Each of these corresponds with your virtues (the three main stats), as well as a gem on the Paragon sword.

Craft dyes - or her progression could be quest related. I wasn't paying attention to what actually ranked up Verminia for me. Currently it doesn't affect anything gameplay wise, I don't think it even has any extra dialog at this point.

in any case 30 points is enough to fill out the skill tree and then get a couple of rank 2 passives, the extra 30 would just let you upgrade more of your talents to rank 2 or 3

I don’t know if this is happening to you as well, but for me, in P12 in Multiplayer Mode with a friend, the game keeps having issues (the game closes on its own, the character can’t attack and can only use magic, grass glitches, among other things). This happens only in P12 — in P10 and P11 it was fine.

To unlock cogah, you must do the following:

• Complete the Waste Bear
• Get Verminia to level 2
• collect 10 Wevetwood Sap
• Collect 3 Agaric Mushrooms from killing Agari
• Craft the Cogah Elixir at Verminia, this takes 2 hours
• Consume the Cogah Elixir

The Cogah will then begin and last until you die or log out.

Playing quests in multiplayer is very buggy rn and not recommended. You can try filing a support ticket or try seeing if you can set off the quest start trigger again

Plus, some totens are designed with the weapon in mind. Magicks, which love to hit fast to hit harder, get Rare Attack Speed. Long Blades, which tend to be very single target, get rare Rats to help spread damage around and help them survive melee combat.

So they basically are making the "best" totem for each weapon a higher rarity and better stats to help support their weaknesses and strengths more.
