It’s their soul. Go into soul mode and click and you will pull it into you. Depending on the color it will restore an ability charge. (Red soul restores your red ability, etc)

The rarity denotes how strong the effects are, and are static within grip types as a form of balance, controlling what grip types get what effect at what strength. The different names aren't random, they're variants, two rats on a single grip-type will have different effects and can even both be equipped in the same type of slot.

If you hit a Enemy for 100% of the damage. 35% damage, based on the initial damage, hits a nearby enemy. Then you do overall deal 135% damage of the initial hit. Just the First target is not the one that takes the 35% damage.

as far as i know, Someone has to correct me if im wrong, Stag has a few set areas it can spawn in. Stag will not be in all those areas. They can be identified through the Glowing Bobbles of the corruption in the ground. Run up to it to spawn the boss. once killed I am not sure if it spawns again in other areas, or if you have to wait a set duration.

Faction Tales has a chance for the stag to be the final node. Never a guarantee. (Last time i played)

in the Glades. There is a large room with but a Deer statue. In that Room activate the Statue. It will cause a Horde mode to start. a set of 3-6 enemies spawn all the time. When you kill 1 set a new set will spawn 1 level higher.

Last time I fought them They only seemed to grant XP to my Pact. Dunno if bug. but if not it's a good way to level your weapons.

You can only play if your account management page says preludes access enabled, something is meant to keep people from downloading the installer if they don't have access but it isn't working currently. But it also displays the warning message for people who do have access.

is there any confirmation of why damage seems to fall off a cliff periodically? I routinely get into fights with Bannerets where at the beginning of the fight I can do normal damage but after clearing adds the healthbar is now greyed out and I only do 1 damage. It's not the most optimal, but Heavy Attacks seem to deal a lot of damage even when enemies grey out like that.
Bows make it easy, but if you're good at dodging and heavy attacks, you can whittle their health bars down even with a grey health bar.

yeah I can find ways around grey bars but my issue is that they aren't grey at the beginning of the fight but they turn grey at some point during the same encounter and both my pact and gear should be equal or higher level to the enemies (based on the level of the adds that I clear out).
