That is not correct though. The note says they wanted to ensure that ranking up feels much faster. They just wanted it to feel especially fast for the very first rank. It it ONLY faster for the first rank. Every other rank is slower, which is the opposite of their stated intent.

I've been having issues with the game sending overleveled enemies at me, Sobriety. I think something may be off.

Gray-bar enemies mean too high level for you to damage.

If you activate this ability outside of combat, it lasts for about 3:15. But if you use it in combat, the electric shield deactivates after about 20 seconds.

Is it just me or does the game really feel empty? Like it feels like a single player narrative driven game. The Co-Op mechanics just are not doing it for me.
