reforging lets you add Joineries to your weapons which are weapon upgrades. can only have 1 on a weapon at a time so you can't stack them on top of each other.
Blessed by Mora/Saphene/Iridis joineries also let you change the weapons attunement

rarity. you can tell how rare a totem is by how many flowers you need to hit during the flute minigame. 5 flowers is the highest rarity

it just tells you that for swords for example, the beaver totem is common but the beaver totem is rare somewhere else

if you've played Warframe, it's kinda an indicator of riven disposition

"these stats are common for this weapon because this weapon is already too strong"

yep, it's their way to "balance" the totems - so if the base stats for a weapon is too high, you can only get common rarities so it's not too op.

stack as much armour as you can, using both armour pieces and totems (rats and ducks both give armour). cast song of growth to get even more temporary armour, and then do your butt slam. everything within like 10 meters just dies, and bosses take a huge chunk of damage. then use your root ability to knock the boss down and do some heavy attacks with a polearm. a couple of hits should be enough to finish them off

you want as much armour as possible because the butt slam damage scales with armour

it's been my favourite pact by far. Sirin used to be my favourite, but with the enemy armour changes I find the bow to be quite underwhelming when compared to courage polearms

Tempest 1 was fun and strong and the Mora 3 is a projectile that does 1 damage and lights guys on fire(?) which feels like it needs to be the opener to make all your other abilities work

my god, you were right about this. I didn't have feybalt on my odiac, but I switched to it and now it melts bosses just fine. just have to ramp up the damage a little, but the "stand still and do more damage and shoot faster" art helps a lot with that

There has been no particular change on the weapons, but related system have been changed.
Parry timing is more strict from my impression.
Kick is back, and is a block breaker.
Input queue bugs were fixed, so parry/block canceling should be more responsive.
Totems/Rune system.

There is also two new moveset with the Cleavers (Marrow's Bane and Stultin iirc) and the Saber (Nuresh).

Dewelion also uses unique heavies for a Long Blade.

Grey bar means that your current method of attack is not enough to deal meaningful damage.

Grey means your weapon does too little damage. Heavies do more but it's overwhelming the armour not solving the issue

Beavers on attack slot also help reduce enemy armor.

Joinery is a good way of raising the damage as well if you didn't put one yet (or have one that is less powerful than a Polished).

I have done so on previous preludes so I'll likely be putting out some feedback later but all this seems to be the complete opposite direction of improvement since I had already found issues with enemies, especially in higher levels, being too tanky for what's available to the player and it feels really bad that tethren courage ability is one of the only ways to feel like you're dealing decent damage

hello, i tried to do a quest called Sprite's Blessing, which told me to offer a "song for luck",

i managed to find the ||statue|| underground, but after playing the song, nothing happens, the marker on the map turns into a big X, and there's a line to another underground ruin marked ||Spoilt Plunder||, and it's telling me to enter the ||underground city||. i tried to enter from what seems to be the entrance / gate but it won't let me.

Exiting the game and logging back in isn't resetting the timer. you can't loophole that system. if you could, people wouldnt post boss sharing requests in chat all the time. a bit of forced timegating is alright

you mightve cleared it in another players instance and then reset to enter your own and have the bosses spawn there, but you didnt clear your own instances bosses, reset, and cleared them again

Ive had to relog 10 times today to fix it. All ive had equit is a bow and sidearm. If I dont switch it never happens. After loggin back in I can switch to sidearm and not switch back and it doesnt happen.

Unlock a clothing item as a skin(e.g. using the thread on for example my headband will unlock the headband for all head item slots) or does it unlock that items ability to swap clothing(for example using a thread on the headband will allow me to swap it to all head slot items) hope it is the former rather than later.

Alternatively it could unlock the slot entirely and I realized I wasted money. But future me issue in that case :3

I can confirm, yes.

They changed it to a permanent, category-wide unlock.

One you unlock a helmet, you will always be able to apply that appearance to any helmet you wear.

In fact it's just applied to the slot itself, so swapping helmets will have no visual difference until you turn it off or change it.
