just do t3 quests. The higher lvl area the more exp the quests provide. You can earn 16k a day from those and else just kill enemies and get faction medals you can sell to your faction for more standing.

You don't need to DM me the screenshot, it's fine here. The gist is that if it has a split path, it should only ever split on the first objective, as in you do the first one and then have a choice between two. If it ever splits after that, such as you do the first, then the second, and then have two choices, it is bugged and you will not be able to finish it. You should pass over it. Likewise, these two paths should only ever converge on the very last objective, both leading to the same final task. If they converge before then, such as on the second last task, then the votive is bugged and cannot be completed.

Either way, there are other bugs that can happen even when there is a single path.

But yeah especially nowadays, if you get a friend request or DM out of nowhere by an account that has no messages in a server, or extremely few that just aren't engaging and are very obviously 'hello fellows humans I am a human too discussing the topic of this server', then it's safe to immediately block them.
