Sometimes that happens when you absorb a rune (smite pull) from enemies, for example I did that on a random mob in the open world and I couldn’t use my spirit sight, I logged out and it fixed it, so yeah it’s buggy sometimes

I don't trust Google. It's got a tendency to throw all kids of weird results at me. Often things that maybe had a search term as part of another word within the page, or an author's name or something.

Try relog with cache optimize. if that don't work, then try verify files. If it's still happening, bug report it.

Optimize fixes about 90%
Verify fixes about 97%
After that, is uninstall and reinstall from fresh download. That fixes an additional 2% of things that Verify couldn't fix.
If none of that works, then it's the 1% of stuff that requires DE to fix.

i'd honestly say in my experience relog fixes most things, while optimizing and verifying fix some edge cases at best

I'd think most bugs currently experienced cannot be fixed by verifying.

Tbf slots are also very cheap compared to warframe at 3 arcs each from the 150 arcs for 50 slots bundle

Weapons will also mostly become stuff you pick up from the ground with P15 and armor might receive some changes at some point too since they gave them slot requirement
