Hard to say. DE does want each combat encounter to have some risk to it, which has been lost in recent updates. But, the game is also meant to be a bit more casual, so we're not getting anything crazy difficulty wise.

Also a sprint heavy fulfills this role. Run away, run towards an isolated target, and then slide across the ground while charging the attack, given that there is zero reason to ever not charge those as they do not become slower, and then slap him across the face.

The damage and stagger will most often be enough to immediately secure a kill, and it requires much less setup than safely using Orengall's first arcanic does.

That was how it used to be. The current system is that you spend a moonsteel on, for example, a helmet, and then can use that helmet's appearance on your helmet slot directly, overriding any helmet you wear until you unequip that appearance.

Be warned though that you need to keep that piece of armor. If you sell it, the bestitching vanishes.
