Did you do npc duel or pvp. It likely will not work in npc duel because it's 1v1. Since it needs to knock out an opponent to transform. Try pvp duels and see.

actually i tried that before, i party dueled someone and manage to knock out 2... and unfortunately, the mega evolve button still didnt showed up... if possible i would like for you guys to take over and check it out.. thank..!
