Bot that tells pokemon names

Is that against the mewbot rules? All the bot does is just say the name of the pokemon that spawned. Doesn't catch, or do anything else.

I think it does. I will say that it's been YEARS since that was a rule, but at the same time, I don't see it written anywhere anymore (Probably because such bots were taken down by a bunch of things)
