Tide popper or gummy boots?

Hi i argumenting with my friend which one is better to buy first
i say gummy boots
he tide popper
ofc i will buy tide popper if i have extract, nectars itp for this AND 250 QUEST (now i have like ~135)

and yes he will buy tide popper but he needs just 300 stinger (L mate)

so my question is: for 15/16lvl hive (maybe 1/3 gifted hive) gummy boots is better than tide popper?

Gummy boots are skippable

The buffs aren’t enough to make a huge impact on your hive, to make more honey

Ofc if your not that close to finishing bucko quests then I would prob get the boots but since your around half way there ig you could save
