if you didn't finish all spirit bear quests its best to just stay mixed since most bears early game have quests that will need you to get both blue/red pollen as wlel as white

but i almost got ssa and mostly blue things and diamond mask and stuff isnt it smart to swap some things?

obviously not including the repeatable quests that brown black polar bear give you
