Team compositions are highly situational. There's no one size fits all team. The gameplay encourages you to build lots of characters and use the ones that fit the situation.
If you have a specific fight in mind, I can help (by getting more specific) but yeah, I gave you a very generic cleave team for generic pve

Like I said before, you won't beat all the difficulties at once. You have to "progress" across lots of content before you'll be able to do higher difficulties.
For terror -- DPS, plume, Lily, valerian, and last slot can be whatever you need based on levels/investment. A dispeller can help ( like viper or holden), but so could another DPS, healer, or buffer

For doki (like I said before, you will need a lot of swiftrush), AoE DPS (as opposed to single target), KazuyaTR, Plume, Lily, any healer (possibly even Freya if you have enough defenses and damage without a full healer)

Sunny necessarily need a shell right away, just do as much swiftrush as you can. Otherwise, doesn't matter

Also, since you may not know how to play Lily, first turn you skill2 (Twin trick) your best DPS. This pushes them so they get their turn sooner (if not immediately) and gives the entire team speed up. It also makes the target her "partner".
DPS then uses ultimate (skill 3, whatever it is). Then when Lily gets her next turn (quickly, because you build her fast) she does skill 3 (ult) which instantly removes the cooldown on their partner's ult (The DPS) as well as pushes them to get their turn sooner (if not instantly).
DPS goes again, and does skill 3 (ult).

As mentioned earlier, for speed tuning, you want plume (and Freya) to be hella fast -- faster than Lily specifically. Swiftrush with effect accuracy modules and as many speed substats as you can

(Freya is swiftrush with hp bonus modules maybe one effect accuracy module) and speed substats (maybe with effect accuracy as well)

you have to do a huge heal (especially on your damage dealer) to do any real damage to Aurora. So having two AoE direct healers just makes sure you have enough healing to pass the mechanics check

Well no, because you probably need Plume instead.
But, you will kind of want to balance spending gems on pulls, but also getting more energy (because you get more crystals via various story/etc objectives as you spend that energy, and you progress faster)
