I believe Artisan is a good shell option for PVE for him! I think you can use matrixes such as unbreakable with lots of crit to use him in PVE

Admittedly its not the greatest path for pve going with xc. Artisan on swift unbreakable for xc with good crr.
Rosa will be very helpful too for a lot of pve content. Investing in Turandot may be helpful too as she buffs def

Got it!! I missed the yeli/plume banner on my first acc due to being gone/busy irl but then ended up with 3 copies of xc in 15 pulls

Reasonable. XC is a beast in pvp currently, but I would focus on Pve mostly at the beginning to get materials to upgrade and speedrun the content. Mandatory ones are Plume and lily. Optimally a RayMerry reroll would be perfect too

Yep! I got both lily and plume. Actually got p1 plume from a guaranteed SSR- i’m not restarting again for raymerry as that would just take too long for me to do-

and then get to back to where i was it would take like another week
