I think you'll need more character than that you missing too much important animus
I think its better for you to start over on the new server try to get raymerry or plume this two Will help you both for PVP/PVE, you can also get Apex selector card on day 2 so you can choose either Lily or liliam, Yeli and Rosa is also good for beginner to play with. you can try your luck on the beginner banner

Rosa is good for dps, for the support maybe Freya or Kloss also good but plume > Kloss
