For beginners, which character should i choose from the beginner banner and targeted banner?

Plume is needed, yeli is good but she can be replaced, senyu & palin is mid character for pve but good for PVP i'll say they are not must pull for beginner

for the targeted banner, should I pull Freya? Or should I take Rosa? I got some advice to take Rosa, but when I looked at the reroll guide for the initial release, I saw that it was mandatory to take Freya

I think you can save the target banner at least until day 7 of playing, then you can choose what you need

is it not worth it to gacha for limited characters just because they are mid-tier?

For early game you need to focus on your pve first, so you need a good character but this is just my opinion you can just play however you want to, pull a character because they are cute or something like that people has their right to play the game by their style

actually, I'm a bit of a meta slave in the mid and end game because I want to take it easy in the future and only gacha cute characters or ones that I like

Build Lily / Diting (SR) first, and just hope u r lucky on permanent banner - can get Liliam / Raymerry.
Get Plume n Yeli on beginner banner (3k crystal)
Plume is must have animus. She's useful.
Rest, just look ur luck when u pull it on permanent banner...
