been playing casually active daily, but looking to play a bit more competitive this season

@cunning pendant I'm a newer player, do you take in newish players (Level 65), while also holding its members accountable?
Finding an active accountable alliance with a discord is proving to be a damn near impossible task.
Like my current one sees 17-20 players sign in daily, with ~14-15 who attack the boss. And no discord. Drives me batty.
